    I have been dialing their numbers for a thousandth time but all i get was the busy tine or it is not accessible or it just keeps ringing and their cellphone numbers are useless….

    THIS COMPANY IS SO FREAKI’N SH*T! Yung item ko, di ko pa na receive hanggang ngayun it’s been 5 days now. How come???

    I DON’T KNOW WHAT EXACT WORD SHOULD I USE FOR YOU GUYS!! THE PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED OCTOBER 25, 2016 FROM ZAMBO CITY TO CEBU. I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE JUST TODAY. HOW’S THAT? THE DELIVERY SAID THAT THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO LOCATE MY HOME ADDRESS. HOW COME?? THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE DELIVERY FROM YOU! ITS THE SAME PROBLEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I ALREADY SPOKE WITH THE DELIVERY MAN EARLIER TO GIVE OUT CLEAR INSTRUCTION AS TO WHERE MY LOCATION IS. THE DELIVERY MAN ASKED FOR MY ADDRESS.. ISN’T IT STATED IN THE BOX OR IN THE WAYBILL? CAN’T YOU EVEN READ? I THINK THE PROBLEM IS THAT OF READING AND UNDERSTANDING INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE UPDATE AND USE GPS. I’M NOT GONNA RECOMMEND YOU ANYMORE TO MY FRIENDS AND LOVED ONES. I WILL SHARE THIS BAD EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD WITH YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

    Very incompetent! I ordered an item from Marikina (an auto front bumper chin) and had it shipped to Cebu only to receive the item already broken! I definitely would not recommend this company to my friends or family. They are currently discussing my complaint and will receive feedback on Friday — this is not a good experience for any customer! Either you pay for the broken item or you buy the exact same one for your customer as compensation!

    When I called up your branch here in Cebu – Manduae. They don’t even know the agreement between your company and your partnered shipper??? Very good explanation!
