Palazzo Pensionne is ideally located in the heart of Cebu City, Philippines. It sits in a quite residential block between the bustling downtown and uptown districts, only minutes away from most of Cebu’s historic sites as well as the business and entertainment centers.
It has its own small restaurant, but meals can also be taken in the room, where a table and two chairs are provided (standard room). The food quality is good, and I did like the Chicken Cordon Bleu. Not too badly priced either at 150 pesos (A$3.75).
