The Embassy requires a Face to Face interview for passport renewals. This is a huge problem for me as i am confined to a wheelchair, 74 yrs old, and even with a career would find it more than difficult. 10 years ago the Embassy kindly allowed me to renew online with the help of Mr Eddie Smith [ now deceased ], who did volunteer work for the Embassy. I am wondering if i can again do this, taking also into consideration the Pandemic and travel restrictions. I live Permanently in Negros Oriental, Dumaguete City, and have a permanent visa also. In my previous Query you suggested i call the Embassy, but speaking is also difficult for me.

I am an Australian Citizen living permanently in the Philippines. My passport does not have to be renewed until January 2022. My problem is i am disabled [ in wheelchair/cannot walk ] and would find it extremely difficult to present myself in person to the Manila Office as i live near Dumaguete City. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Terence Patrick Green.
